While exiting Nijō Castle in Kyoto I was approached by a group of Japanese school children. They took turns completing a few sentences and asked if they could interview me. They wanted a picture and I wanted a video. Project complete. — at Nijō Castle.
Iidabashi Area Tokyo, Japan – I dined with a 67 year old gentleman from New Zealand. We had to get a patron to explain how to use the vending machine outside to purchase our meal ticket. You put in your Yen and choose something by pushing a button. My choice, ramen noodles with miso and pork. Quail egg included.
